How it works

The Process is simple and easy. Please do the following:

You can send your audios and videos for transcription from anywhere in South Africa. using any of the following Audio and File folder sender.

We Transfer: https://wetransfer.com/  or

Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com  

Send the file to our Email: [email protected]

The audios and videos are sent via the internet, using our “Upload a File” Tool  our email address folder.

Once we receive your audio or video, we will provide a suitable quotation once our project manager has determined the quality of the recording, duration and if multiple languages were used which would need translation.

We will then provide a suitable quotation and once approved by the client, one of our transcribers will transcribe it and one of our Proof-readers will proofread the transcript to ensure accuracy.

We then email your transcript to you back. 

Incase you need Certification of the Transcribed document we will provide one and attached to the document transcribed.
